Precision ground and polished stirrer shaft for use with Chemglass process reactors. Designed to utilize CG-2095 and CG-2096 PTFE agitators. Lower portion of stirrer shaft is sandblasted and has a 3/8¿ wide flat. REPLACEMENT STIRRER SHAFTS ARE FOR USE WITH MECHANICAL SEAL STIR BEARING ON LISTED SUPPORT FRAME.
Chemglass Life Sciences Compact Tru-Stir Shaft Coupling fits 19mm Shaft OD for use with Jacobs Chuck
Compact Tru-Stir Shaft Coupling fits 19mm Shaft OD for use with Jacobs Chuck. Similar to CG-2044 but the overall height is 1” shorter. The unique design of our Tru-Stir™ stirrer shaft coupling eliminates the need to use rubber hose or universal adapters to attach your stirrer shafts to overhead stir motors. Coupling incorporates a unique helical S.S. spring permitting up to 1/8” of offset misalignment. Coupling is rated for 21 in-lbs of torque without the backlash normally associated w/common coil springs.Lower portion of coupling has a nylon adapter w/one piece collar for attachment to 19mm stirrer shafts. Upper adapters permit the coupling to be used w/ a standard Jacobs style 3-jaw chuck. Upper coupling size is 3/8". Adapter is also available for use with CG-2047 flexible shafts having 5/16” end fittings. Overall length of the coupling is 3”. Supplied complete with an allen wrench set.

Stirring Shaft, PTFE Covered SS, 625mm OAL, 4-Blade, 127mm OD Blades, High Viscosity Style, Fits 3-5L Reactors. 16mm O.D. shaft is constructed using a molding process whereas the blade is molded directly onto the PTFE coated stainless steel shaft. This makes the stirrer chemically inert, easy to clean and can be used up to 280°C. The top of the shaft has 50mm of exposed 1/2" diameter stainless steel for rigid clamping to a coupling such as CG-2044-02, CG-2044-05 or CG-2046-03.Note: Shaft must be used with CG-2077-U or CG-2077-M style bearing

Grainger Shaft Grounding Ring For 1 3/8 in Shaft
The AEGIS Shaft Grounding Ring is a one-piece stainless steel ring that provides a path to ground for induced shaft voltages. It has a split-ring design that allows for easy installation without having to remove the shaft. This grounding ring fits shafts from 1-3/4" to 3-15/16" diameter and has a 15kA short duration current rating. It comes with oxide inhibiting conductive grease for installation on the shaft. Overall, this grounding ring provides effective shaft grounding protection.

The AEGIS Shaft Grounding Ring is a one-piece stainless steel ring that provides a path to ground for induced shaft voltages. It has a split-ring design that allows for easy installation without having to remove the shaft. This grounding ring fits shafts from 1-3/4" to 3-15/16" in diameter. It comes with a mounting bolt and nut. The ring contacts the shaft through hundreds of points to provide maximum conductivity. This helps prevent bearing fluting damage from stray shaft currents. It is rated up to 600V and suitable for motors, generators, turbines and other rotating shafts. The ring meets IEEE standards for shaft grounding.
